Both journals and reflections have to be handed in on paper and on Canvas the 31st of March. You will need between 2200 and 3600 words Some tips: - Start this on time! It is quite some reflection you can’t bullshit your way through. - Do the actual meditations. It will help reflect on how you feel! - When doing the meditation, start with writing how you feel before you start.
