For each kW of power input to an ice maker at steady state, determine the maximum rate that ice can be produced, in lb/h, from liquid water at \(32^{\circ} \mathrm{F}\). Assume that 144 Btu/lb of energy must be removed by heat transfer to freeze water at \(32^{\circ} \mathrm{F}\) and that the surroundings are at \(78^{\circ} \mathrm{F}\).
