An ideal Rankine cycle with reheat uses water as the working fluid. As shown in Fig. P8.36, the conditions at the inlet to the first turbine stage are 1600 lbf/in.\(^{2}\), 1200\(^{\circ}\)F and the steam is reheated to temperature \(T_{3}\) between the turbine stages at a pressure of 200 lbf/in.\(^{2}\) For a condenser pressure of 1 lbf/in.\(^{2}\), plot the cycle thermal efficiency versus reheat temperature and plot the cycle thermal efficiency versus quality of the steam at the second-stage turbine exit for the reheat temperature ranging from 600\(^{\circ}\)F to 1200\(^{\circ}\)F.
