Consider a four-legged chair at rest on an ice rink. The total mass of the chair and a person sitting on it is 80 kg. If the ice temperature is \(-2^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\), determine the minimum total area, in \(\mathrm{cm}^{2}\), the tips of the chair legs can have before the ice in contact with the legs would melt. Use data from Problem 11.37 and let the local acceleration of gravity be \(9.8 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}^{2}\).
