(c) Find an approximate \(95 \%\) confidence interval for \(m\).

(d) Give a point estimate for the 40 th percentile, \(\pi_{0.40}\).

(e) Find an approximate \(90 \%\) confidence interval for \(\pi_{0.40}\).
