The  magnitude of the acceleration of the two teams of nine members can be calculated by knowing the net force and the total mass of the teams.

Given : Average mass of each member of  the first team = 68 kg

             Average force exerted by each member of the first team = 1350 N

            Average mass of each member of the second  team = 73 kg

            Average force exerted by each member of the second team = 1365 N

Net force = (Force exerted by the second team) Force exerted by the second team)

                = (1365)

                = 135 N

Total mass of the teams = (9= 1269 kg
