A child is sitting on the leg of the father and the father tries to lift the child. The center of gravity passes through the middle of the leg. Masses of the leg and the child are given. The pivot is located at the knee. We are going to find the force (FQ) exerted on the upper leg while lifting the child at a constant speed.
