In this question, we need to identify and explain the best possible solution to Fermi’s paradox.

According to Fermi, if the universe is about 14 billion years old, but why the galaxies are not populated with intelligent species yet. If aliens do exist then where are they?

There are many solutions provided so far which explain the situation to some extent.

The best one what I feel is, “Intelligent civilizations are too far apart in space or time”.
