Nursing Shifts In Exercises 43– 46, a hospital has 200 nurses to be apportioned among four shifts: Shifts A, B, C, and D. The hospital decides to apportion the nurses based on the average number of room calls reported during each shift. Room calls are shown in the table below.

Determine each shift’s apportionment using Jefferson’s method. (Note: Divisors do not have to be whole numbers.)
