Rainwater flows through the galvanized iron downspout shown in Fig. P8.105 at a rate of \(0.006 ~ \mathrm{m^3/s}\). Determine the size of the downspout cross section if it is a rectangle with an aspect ratio of 1.7 to 1 and it is completely filled with water. Neglect the velocity of the water in the gutter at the free surface and the head loss associated with the elbow.
