Pendulum The period T of a pendulum is the time it takes the pendulum to complete one swing from left to right and back. For a pendulum near the surface of Earth, T = 2pAL32 where is measured in seconds and is the length of the pendulum in feet. Find the length of a pendulum that has a period of 4 seconds. Round to the nearest tenth of a foot.
