Height of a Projectile The equation s = -16t 2 + v0t + s0 gives the height , in feet above ground level, at the time , in seconds, of an object thrown directly upward from a height feet above the ground and with an initial velocity of feet per second. A ball is thrown directly upward from ground level with an initial velocity of 64 feet per second. Find the time interval during which the ball has a height of more than 48 feet.
