BIOLOGICAL APPLICATION In normal breathing conditions, approximately 5 percent of each exhaled breath is carbon dioxide. Given this information, and neglecting any difference in water-vapor content, estimate the typical difference in mass between an inhaled breath and an exhaled breath.
