Working with Reaction EquationsPropane (C3H8) burns

Chapter 13, Problem 25P

(choose chapter or problem)

Propane (\(\mathrm{C}_{3} \mathrm{H}_{8}\)) burns completely with the theoretical amount of air at \(60^{\circ} \mathrm{F}\), 1 atm, 90% relative humidity. Determine

(a) the balanced reaction equation.

(b) the dew point temperature of the combustion products at 1 atm.

(c) the amount of water condensed, in lbmol per lbmol of fuel, if the combustion products are cooled to \(75^{\circ} \mathrm{F}\), at 1 atm.
