The block diagram of a position control system is shown in Figure P12.7. For a particular system with proportional control, \(G_1(s)=K_P\), the open-loop transfer function is

                                                \(G(s)=\frac{2.5 K_P}{s(s+2)(0.25 s+2)}\)

Design a compensator to give \(s=-2 \pm j 2 \sqrt{3}\) and \(C_v=80 / \mathrm{sec}\).
