A strobotachometer (strobe) is shined at a disk rotating at 3000 rpm. The disk has a single circumferential mark for speed measurements. (a) How many marks will you see if the strobe flashing rate is 3000 per minute? (b) Repeat part (a) for flashing rates of 1000, 1500, 6000, and 9000 flashes/min.
