Three concentric circles of radii 2, 3, and 4 are the boundaries of regions that form a circular target. If a person fires a shot at random at the target, use simulation to approximate the probability that the bullet lands in the middle region. Hint: To simulate a random point located inside a circle of radius r centered at the origin, choose random points (X, Y ) inside the square [r, r] [r, r] until you obtain one that satisfies X2 + Y 2 < r2.
