Here, we have to find the orientation of the equipotential surfaces.
The electric field is uniform and points in the -ve x direction.
As we know that, the equipotentials are always perpendicular to the electric field lines, here the equipotential will be parallel to y and z axis.
So, the equipotential surfaces are all the planes those are parallel to y-z plane.
