DS 10.3.2 presents a data set on the number of rolls of a die required before a 6 is obtained. If the probability of scoring a 6 is 1/6, then the distribution of the number of rolls required until a 6 is scored is a geometric distribution with parameter p =1/6. Test whether this distribution is plausible.
