(a) Use a graphing utility to create a scatter plot of the data and graph the model in the same viewing window. How do they compare? (b) Use the model to predict the enrollments in 2004 and 2008. (c) Find the limit of the model as and interpret its meaning in the context of the situation. (d) Can the model be used to predict the enrollments for future years? Explain.
