\(y_{2}^{\prime}=y_{1}-0.1 y_{2}+1.4 y_{3}\)

\(y_{3}^{\prime}=0.4 y_{1}+1.4 y_{2}+0.2 y_{3}\)

y_1’ = - y_1 + y_2 + 0.4y_3

y_2’ = y_1 - 0.1y_2 + 1.4y_3

y_3’ = 0.4y_1 + 1.4y_2 + 0.2y_3
