In Exercises 27–30, find the product \(z_{1} \cdot z_{2}\) and quotient \(z_{1} / z_{2}\) in two ways, (a) using the trigonometric form for \(z_{1} \text { and } z_{2}\) and (b) using the standard form for \(z_{1} \text { and } z_{2}\).

\(z_{1}=3+i \text { and } z_{2}=5-3 i\)
