In Exercises 77 and 78, find an equation of the tangent line to the graph of the function \(f\) through the point \(\left(x_{0}, \ y_{0}\right)\) not on the graph. To find the point of tangency (x, y) on the graph of \(f\), solve the equation

\(f^{\prime}(x)=\frac{y_{0}-y}{x_{0}-x}\).

\(f(x)=\sqrt{x}\)

\(\left(x_{0}, \ y_{0}\right)\) = (- 4, 0)
