Obtain an approximate solution to the differential equation y = y, 0 t 10, y(0) = 1

Chapter 5, Problem 5.10.6

(choose chapter or problem)

Obtain an approximate solution to the differential equation y = y, 0 t 10, y(0) = 1 using Milnes method with h = 0.1 and then h = 0.01, with starting values w0 = 1 and w1 = eh in both cases. How does decreasing h from h = 0.1 to h = 0.01 affect the number of correct digits in the approximate solutions at t = 1 and t = 10?
