A relative frequency histogram has the same shape and the same horizontal scale as the corresponding frequency histogram. The difference is that the vertical scale measures the relative frequencies, not frequencies. Here the horizontal scale represents the midpoint of the class.

The class midpoint with the greatest relative frequency is the class with the highest bar in the relative frequency histogram, ie; 19.5. And the class is 19 - 20.

The class midpoint with the least relative frequency is the class with the shortest bar in the relative frequency histogram, ie; 21.5. And the class is 21 - 22.
