(a) Find a solution of the initial-value problem consisting of the differential equation in Example 3 and the initial conditions y(0) = 2, y(0) = -2, \(y\left(\frac{1}{4}\right)=1\).

(b) Find the solution of the differential equation in Example 3 when ln \(c_{1}\) is used as the constant of integration on the left-hand side in the solution and 4 ln \(c_{1}\) is replaced by ln c. Then solve the same initial-value problems in part (a).
