ANSWER:

RSA is the public key cryptography, that anybody can send message to anybody using public information. A public key that is known to everyone and a secret key only known to the person sending the message is used in RSA. When A person sends the message to B, then A can encrypt by using the public key. B will decrypt is using a secret key but any other person will not be able to decrypt without a secret key.
