Two boats leave the same dock to cross a river that is 500 feet wide. The first boat leaves the dock at an angle of u with the shore and travels 1,300 feet to reach a point downstream on the opposite shore of the river. The second boat leaves the dock at an angle of (u 1 30) with the shore. a. Find sin u and cos u. b. Find sin (u 1 30). c. Find the distance that the second boat travels to reach the opposite shore.
