For CaF2(s)5Ca2+(aq) + 2 F(aq), K = 3.9 1011 at 25C and the standard Gibbs energy of

Chapter 7, Problem 7.13(a)

(choose chapter or problem)

For \(\mathrm{CaF}_2 (s) \rightleftharpoons \mathrm{Ca}^{2+} (aq) +2 \mathrm{~F}^{-}(aq)\), \(K=3.9 \times 10^{-11}\) at \(25^{\circ} \mathrm{C}\) and the standard Gibbs energy of formation of \(\mathrm{CaF}_2(\mathrm{~s})\) is \(-1167 \mathrm{~kJ} \mathrm{~mol}^{-1}\). Calculate the standard Gibbs energy of formation of \(\mathrm{CaF}_2(\mathrm{aq})\).
