Here we have to describe the difference between an amorphous solid and a crystalline solid on the macroscopic and molecular levels along with an example of each.

Solid molecules have different types of shapes, amorphous and crystalline are two different shapes of solid molecules.

Step 1

Amorphous solid:- These are the non crystalline solids. Amorphous solids has no definite shape and size. These solids have little order on molecular level and has no characteristic, crystal shape on macroscopic level.

Example: Rubber, glass, plastic, get etc.
