Police use blood alcohol content (BAC) to measure the percent concentration of alcohol

Chapter 9, Problem 1

(choose chapter or problem)

Police use blood alcohol content (BAC) to measure the percent concentration of alcohol in a persons bloodstream. In most states, a BAC of 0.08 percent means a person is not allowed to drive. Each hour after drinking, a persons BAC may decrease by 15%. If a person has a BAC of 0.18, how many hours will he need to wait until he can legally drive?
