The height of the water in a harbor rose to a maximum height of 15 feet at 6:00 P.M. and then dropped to a minimum level of 3 feet by 3:00 A.M. Assume that the water level can be modeled by the sine function. Write an equation that represents the height h of the water t hours after noon on the first day.
