There is also an alcohol (an oxygen connected to a hydrogen and a carbon) In the middle of the molecule, there is an ether (an oxygen attached to two hydrogens) Attached to the ether is an arene (a six-membered ring with three alternating double bonds). At the right end, there is an amide (a C=O bond with an adjacent nitrogen).
