Chapter 5, Problem 7

(choose chapter or problem)

Find the first four terms of each of the recursively defined sequences in 1–8.

\(u_{k} = ku_{k−1} − u_{k−2}\), for all integers k ≥ 3

\(u_{1} = 1, u_{2} = 1\)

Text Transcription:

u_k = ku_k−1 − u_k−2

u_1 = 1, u_2 = 1
