The three loads in Problem 10.28 are fed from a line having a series impedance \(0.02+j 0.05 \Omega\), as shown in Fig. P10.29.

a) Calculate the rms value of the voltage \(\left(\mathbf{V}_{s}\right)\) at the sending end of the line.

b) Calculate the average and reactive powers associated with the line impedance.

c) Calculate the average and reactive powers at the sending end of the line.

d) Calculate the efficiency \((\eta)\) of the line if the efficiency is defined as

\(\eta=\left(P_{\text {load }} / P_{\text {sending end }}\right) \times 100\).
