The rotor B spins about its inclined axis OA at the angular speed \(N_{1}=200 \mathrm{rev} / \mathrm{min} \text {, where } \beta=30^{\circ}\). Simultaneously, the assembly rotates about the vertical z-axis at the rate \(N_{2}\). If the total angular velocity of the rotor has a magnitude of 40 rad /s, determine \(N_{2}\).
