The cylindrical shell of uniform small thickness has a radius r and height z which varies from zero at  \(\theta\) = 0 to h at \(\theta\) = \(\pi\) according to z = k\(\theta\) where k is a constant. Determine the x-, y-, and z-coordinates of the mass center of the shell.
