Of the mailing, 80% of the males and 40% of the females have cruised on Castaway before. A customer who has received the promotion calls and books a cruise. (a) What is the probability the customer has never sailed with Castaway? (b) If the customer has never cruised with Castaway, what is the probability he is male?
