A hole is placed in the front of a cylinder to measure the stream velocity of sea-level fresh water. The measured pressure at the hole is 2840 lbf/ft2 . If the hole is misaligned by 128 from the stream, and misinterpreted as stagnation pressure, what is the error in velocity
