Two small charged spheres hang from cords of equal length \(\ell\) as shown in Fig. 16-64 and make small angles \(\theta_{1}\) and \(\theta_{2}\) with the vertical. (a) If \(Q_{1}=Q, Q_{2}=2 Q\), and \(m_{1}=m_{2}=m\), determine the ratio \(\theta_{1} / \theta_{2}\). (b) Estimate the distance between the spheres.
