Prove that the vectors (2, 0, 0, 1) and (1, 0, 0, 2) are orthogonal in Minkowski

Chapter 6, Problem 8

(choose chapter or problem)

Prove that the vectors (2, 0, 0, 1) and (1, 0, 0, 2) are orthogonal in Minkowski geometry. Sketch these vectors and observe that they are symmetrical about the "45" vector, ( 1, 0, 0, 1). Any pair of vectors that are thus symmetrical about the vector { 1, 0, 0, 1) will be orthogonal in Minkowski geometry. Prove this result by demonstrating that the vectors (a, 0, 0, b) and {b, 0, 0, a) are orthogonal.
