The \(\mathrm{W} 14 \times 22\) structural A-36 steel column is fixed at its top and bottom. If a horizontal load (not shown) causes it to support end moments of \(M=10 \mathrm{\ kip} \cdot \mathrm{ft}\), determine the maximum allowable axial force P that can be applied. Bending is about the x–x axis. Use the AISC equations of Sec. 13.6 and Eq. 13–30.
