A 50-mm-diameter plastic tube is used to siphon water fromthe large tank shown in Fig. P3.68. If the pressure on the outsideof the tube is more than 35 kPa greater than the pressure within thetube, the tube will collapse and siphon will stop. If viscous effectsare negligible, determine the minimum value of h allowed withoutthe siphon stopping.
