Subscription and Cancellation
All subscriptions to StudySoup are paid in full at the time of subscribing. You can cancel your StudySoup recurring subscription at any time.
To change your credit card information or to cancel your subscription, log in to your account and go to the Profile page that you can find on the upper righthand side of your dashboard. Click "Edit Profile", click the billing tab then click edit subscription. If you should decide to cancel your subscription, it will continue to be valid until the next payment period, as all payments for the current period were made in advance.
Premium Fees and charges are non-refundable and there shall be no refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. The only exception is when materials purchased are deemed non-viewable from technical errors on the part of StudySoup.
