This is a smaller school compared to a lot of public universities and allowed me many opportunities for undergrad research that I would not have had access to at a larger university. The Director Dr. Maul always gives A's in his classes. Cool ! Both the staff and students strive here. The professors here have high expectations of their students. This is an easy school to get into, but it has a very difficult curriculum. ...Continue reading

Florida Tech is (IMOP) an overpriced mediocre school that happens to be on the beach in Florida (why else come here). Teachers aren't really good at teaching for a priv school. I'm basically teaching myself at this point with all the heavy accents and monotone personalities... Location is something to be desired with the asking price. Love the international culture. You're paying for the reputation, not the education! Came here thinking I'd love it but I hate it. Teachers set you up for failure, if the class average is too high they get someone else to make harder tests. Expect a job when you get out but hard to go to grad school afterwards due to low gpa. Save your money go elsewhere. ...Continue reading

Taking online classes and it's alright compare to other online university and colleges I'm coming across in social media. The school has a few events, but it does not pick up the slack. My profs (Marine Bio) are top notch, and I genuinely feel like I'm getting the best education. However, anything administrative feels like it's run by 10 year olds on a power kick and don't actually know how to do their jobs but get super offended and defensive when you critique them, and as a result there are huge screw ups left and right. The wifi PanthAir never works and is very infamous around the campus. When it is working, it is like I am in a third world nation because the download speeds are 50kbs. ...Continue reading
