Overall, it's a great school as long as you're willing to do the work to succeed. There are a plethora of clubs, social organizations, and activities to choose from. The professors, with a few exceptions, care about the students and their education. Kirksville is small, which can be a problem, but it offers multiple ways to overcome this problem. I would choose Truman again. Purely from an academic standpoint, I'm glad I went here. (Most) professors really care and what I'm learning is valuable & helpful to my career. You will get overloaded and your stress level will be at 110%. The location sucks, but that's why it's so cheap. Very few internships in Kville, so plan to spend one summer at home for that.
