CCP has been a great school to me, academically. Their staff sucks!!! Academic advisors never give accurate information, the councilors are RUDE, the financial aid officers (except for one) treat you like children, along with being rude. I dread needing to visit one of these people because they're sure to give you a hard time wth little help. ...Continue reading

There is like somewhat good majors I guess but its just me opinion. The social science and humanities classes are VERY watered down and will NOT prepare you for a 4-year school. Science classes can be legit. You will be surrounded by kids who want As without working or learning. Cheating and laziness abound. Most of them are just seems reluctant to help the students. ...Continue reading

CCP is an okay school and the reason why I said that is well some professors are really great like they explain the work really well to make sure you pass and others like the professors is well but their teaching method ain't good. I also find that some professors is like they don't care about their students feelings or what they have to say. The hurtle being, the study body is unbearable. ...Continue reading

ccp has improved since ive gone back. You have a lot of teachers who moonlight here from major universities to supplement income, but you also have a lot of first-time professors and old, awry teachers that don't care anymore. Touts a two-year program, most take four to five years. Good clubs albeit often shortchanged financially. It can be a bit tricky finding your way around places when you first start off. Some of the professors here are wonderful and helpful if you find the right one, you just have to do your research. The same goes for the staff as well, some are helpful and some aren't. ...Continue reading

CCP is a good platform to start at due to the affordable classes. It can make or break your education. There is so much support and resources you just have to slightly try. The academic advisers aren't all that helpful but the Counselors are great. I think if the school had a better set up for orientation people would be more aware of what the college has to offer. It wasn't bad. ...Continue reading

CCP is okay college since I do must there is like some good teachers who really cares and how they like to teach as well can understand the student really well. It's not as horrible as people make it out to be, but I would still say it's a pretty bad school. The worst part is the lack of care and direction given by the staff. You are completely on your own when it comes to advising, financial aid, etc. Prepare to get screwed over. Although it is wise to finish G.E courses here at a cheaper price, this college has horrible math and physics departments, due to many professors being either too strict, brutal, or teaching incorrectly to students, which made many students dropped out of their current major. The college helps you succeed in something that will help you in the future. Classes are small so you do have time with some professors, tutoring is also available to help you as well. There were 5 exams, & two quizzes(towards the end of the semester). Professor is unorganized but he wants his students to pass. Curves a lot and provides extra credit(flash cards and chapter review) for everything. Half of the class struggled to pass while the other half got A's so it's pretty much up you and knowing the material vs memorization ...Continue reading

Doesn't teach! Really bad methodology, gives you one example and stacks you with homework. Tests don't look anything like examples given in class or homework. Irresponsible. 23 of the class drops out near the end. He does try to help & answer questions but his teaching style is bad. He goes on & on, doesn't get to the point, expect you to answer your own questions half the time, & doesn't help clarify your weaknesses on the returned mid terms when you ask Contradictory. Mistake-prone. I could go on forever but he is the worst teacher on Earth. He verbally berates his students and is unapologetic in doing so. He created a disingenuous textbook call Reasonable Algebraic Functions that has been around for seven years but copyrighted since 2010 and has mistakes for days. DROP HIM!!!! ...Continue reading

I took 101 online this summer and I'm happy I did. I would not suggest taking this class in a 7 week session because it is overwhelming. I hated the class at first but you do learn some interesting things. Although he is demanding, if you do what he says you will get an A. He was understanding sand willing to work with us. This is a required course for La Salle. I had no interest in this subject but passed with an A bc this professor is clear with what he wants. Took this class as a 7 week online and it was a killer. 2 chapters a week, 1 discussion, review questions, and 4 tests. Whats good is that Prof. Berg is so clear with what he wants with his work so there's no guess work. And he responds so quickly to email its unbelievable.
