Determine the number of 60-Hz three-phase, uncompensated transmission lines required to transmit this power with one line out of service for the following cases: (a) 345-kV lines, Zc = 300 W, (b) 500- kV lines, Zc = 275 W, (c) 765-kV lines, Zc _=260 W. Assume that VS = 1:0 per unit, VR = 0:95 per unit, and dmax = 35.
