(choose chapter or problem)

In bicycling for aerobic exercise, a woman wants herheart rate to be between 136 and 166 beats per minute.Assume that her heart rate is directly proportionalto her mechanical power output within the range relevanthere. Ignore all forces on the womanbicyclesystem except for static friction forward on the drivewheel of the bicycle and an air resistance force proportionalto the square of her speed. When her speed is22.0 km/h, her heart rate is 90.0 beats per minute. Inwhat range should her speed be so that her heart ratewill be in the range she wants?
