Show that the weight of the unit and the two couples acting on it, of magnitude \(M_1 = 20 \ \mathrm{lb} \cdot \mathrm{ft}\) and \(M_2 = 4 \ \mathrm{lb} \cdot \mathrm{ft}\), respectively, can be replaced by a single equivalent force and determine (a) the magnitude and direction of that force, (b) the point where its line of action intersects the floor.
